 Are you looking for something to do this Memorial Day?

The Palm Springs Air Museum is holding their 15th Annual Memorial Day Flower Drop and Air Fair on Monday, May 27, 2013 at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

A Mitchell B-25 Bomber (WWII) will drop 3,000 carnations honoring all veterans who have lost their lives while fighting for our freedom. The carnation colors will represent 2 different eras of combat. White carnations will be dropped to honor veterans who fought prior to and in WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam. Red carnations will honor those who died in the Persian Gulf, Desert Storm, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Flight exhibitions will start at 10:00 am before the Flower Drop Ceremony. Other activities include a jazz band, food vendors, face painting and the 82nd Airborne re-enactors.
